cones for the 1st teams of 5 (all kids gain more
exercise throughout the control in
-5 balls and 20 exercises) dribbling with
cones for the 2nd -warm up both hands
exercise continuation with ball -increasing
for 5 mins (3 dribbles their dribbling
+ cross and repeat) speed
-1st exercise: dribble
with right hand to
cone and with left
hand back to the start
(10 mins)
-2nd exercise: dribble
in between 4 cones
with right hand and
dribble back in
between the cones
with the left (10 mins)
Knock out game 15 minutes 8 balls -divide kids into 2 -the kids having
teams ( 1 team of fun
12 and 1 team of
13)
-1st person shoots
the ball if they miss
the 2nd person
should shoot and
beat the 1st by
making a basket
