being a consumable item people prefer this head.

The I1600 printhead is a new type of print head released by EPSON in 2023. It has a precise internal structure, accurate ink
placement, and consistent ink droplet size. It has the same specifica!ons as the I3200 in terms of size, nozzle resolu!on and drop
ejec!on performance. The difference is that the I1600 has 1,600 nozzles (half of the I3200 print head), and the original 8 channels have
become 4 channels. Using the I1600 printhead, you can basically achieve the high precision of I3200 prin!ng and meet the high-quality
requirements for finished products. Although its prin!ng speed is rela!vely slow, it is more cost-effec!ve! It can be said that the I1600
printhead is the economical alterna!ve to the I3200 printhead.
EPSON I3200 PRINT HEAD is an Industrial Print Head and has the following features :

1. Speed. I3200 printhead with 3200 nozzles(8*400), printing speed can reach 26-33 sqm/h (4PASS without feather).And
DX5 printhead only 1440 nozzles (8 *180),printing speed is about 13-16 sqm/h in same printing mode. So the speed of
I3200 head is much higher.
2. Resolution. I3200 printhead adopts TFP technology, smallest droplet with 2.5pl, variable dots technology, can ensure
perfect high resolution printing effect. And DX5 head is 3.5pl droplet.
3. Application. I3200 printhead with three models such as I3200-A1,I3200-E1 and I3200-U1.They are available for water-
based ink, eco solvent ink, solvent ink, sublimation ink, UV ink, pigment ink, which can be widely used in printing
industry.
4. Lifespan is high and Cost is high.
