Terms and conditions

1. Submit the seed samples along with payment details and filled in test form to the
Head of the Department, Plant Pathology, UAS, GKVK, Bangalore
2. Tests are done as per ISHI/ISTA protocol
3. Details about the test pathogens have to be mentioned clearly in the order form
4. Specify the type of test to be carried out, if any, other than mentioned in the price list
5. Complete reports will be made available within 30 days after seed submission
6. No advance copy/ partial report of the test results shall be issued
7. Interpretation of results based on the tests conducted as per standard protocols
8. Lab is not responsible for sampling activities
9. The laboratory does not make any statement of conformity of test results/reports
10. Tests are done as per the submitted information by the customer
11. The results should not be utilized for legal/commercial purposes without prior consent
of the Directorate of Research.
