Is there anything more South African than a braai, boerewors and good company?

On Site, please take note of the following when pondering whether or not to light a fire for a quick meat
toasting:

 Fires for heating or cooking may only be lit in approved areas. These areas need to be approved
by the Fire Chief on Site as well as the ECO and or ESKOM EO.
 Wood may not be collected on Site for any fire on Site.
 Wood may not be collected for removal off site.
 No vegetation may be burned.
 No Litter may be burned.
 Charcoal should be used for heating or cooking.
 Ensure there is a Fire extinguisher available close to the braai area.
 Ensure the braai area is not left unattended while fires are going or coals are still hot.
 Ensure fires/coals are extinguished prior to leaving the area after the braai is completed.
 Conduct a visual inspection of the area 30 min after the coals are extinguished to ensure no
embers have started veld fires.
 Report any veld fires which may have started asap to the ESKOM Environmental Department
and the ESKOM Fire Chief.

Remember to enjoy your braai
