Basket of Benefits Policy

2.0 Purpose

To make employees aware of “basket of benefits” that is created to facilitate wellness and happiness among
employees.

3.0 Scope

All active Addrs Labs India employees as per eligibility in each scheme.

4.0 Responsibilities

 Employee Responsibilities: To refer policy and / attend awareness session to be aware about all the
current benefits available.
 Upload valid bills respective boards and share it with HR department.
 Finance Department: to process the request.

5 Benefits
5.1 Wedding Allowance
This is the gift to Addrs Labs India newly-wed employee.
