PROJECT MEETINGS
PART 1 - GENERAL
1.1 SUMMARY
A. This section includes meetings to be conducted during implementation of the
Project
1. Preconstruction meeting
2. Site mobilization meeting
3. Progress meetings
4. Coordination meetings with other Contractors
C. Agenda
1. Distribution of the Agreement including Company’s Design.
2. Submission of list of Subcontractors, list of products, schedule of values,
and progress schedule.
3. Designation of personnel representing the parties in the Agreement, and
the Company’s Representative.
4. Procedures and processing of field decisions, submittals, substitutions,
applications for payments, proposal request, Change Notices, and
Agreement closeout procedures and joint measurement submittals.
5. Programme.
6. Other related matters
D. The Company’s Representative will record minutes and distribute copies within
five (5) days after the meeting to Company and Contractor.

Contractor.
