Scope of work:

Valmont will supply material as stated above to the incoterms of CFR to ALGER Port in Algeria. The client will arrange for
loaders to offload the material in a timely manner. Valmont will give 10-day notice before shipping the material so that the
client can prepare handling equipment. Client must also prepare all civil work including fertilizer & Pivot pad & Installation
to Valmont specifications and Standards. The client must also provide electrical & water to each pivot point as
recommended by Valmont. Warranty: Warranty expires 12 months from the date of installation.

a) Prices are in CFR to ALGER Port in Algeria in USD

b) Delivery: Shipment will be ready Ex-Factory VME Jebel Ali by Week 1, 2024, provided LC is received by week 52, 2023
+ 35 Days Vessel Transit time
c) Shipment is subject to factors beyond the control of Valmont, including but not limited to bad weather, transport
problems, strikes, government action and force majeure.
Products will be shipped CFR ALGER Port Algeria, from any Valley manufacturing location.
d) Validity: 30 Days from the quotation date.
e) Payment: Lettre de Crédit confirmée auprès : UAE Bank Al Masraf or UAE Mashreq Bank, or Bank ABC NY

Letter of Credit Requirements:

• L/C Amount: as per final Proforma Invoice or Purchase order.

• Port of Loading: Any port in UAE & USA
• Partial Shipments: Allowed
• Trans Shipments: Allowed
• Date of Expiration: No less than 4 months after L/C issuance date
• Date of Latest Shipment: No less than 3 months after L/C issuance date
• Preferred Incoterms: CFR.
• Confirmation Instructions: Not necessary if Issuing Bank is acceptable to Valmont.
• All charges inside of Applicant’s country for account of Applicant
• Documents Required:
o Full set of On-Board Bill of Lading consigned “TO ORDER” or “TO ORDER OF SHIPPER” and
BLANK ENDORSED
o Signed Commercial Invoice in original and three copies.
o Packing List in original and one copy
o Certificate of Origin in original and one copy
• Should insurance be part of the L/C, document required will be “Insurance CERTIFICATE” for 110%percent
of “INVOICE.” Valmont does not produce insurance policy documents and insures based upon the invoice
amount, not the contract amount. Period for Presentation: 21 Days
• No boycott language in the L/C will be accepted as per US federal law
