NOTICE FOR STUDENTS

Student body for the placement session 2024-25 is to be formulated. Following procedure will
be adopted for formulation of the Committee.
1) Submission of CV along with write up 25% marks will be given.
2) Class voting 25% weight age will be given to class voting.
3) Interviews at TPC, MANIT office- 50% marks will be based upon interviews
where you will be judged on your managerial, communication, leadership
skills.
Interested students need to send their CV along with their opinions on the following points.
1) How do you think T&P cell works and your opinions on recruitment scenario in today's
global market?
2) In depth analysis of comparison of placements of your department with any 2 NIT's of
the last two years to uplift the placements our institute.
3) Take care that the CV should include the following points:
1) Personal Details
2} Education Profile
3) Positions of Responsibility at NIT-Bhopal
4) Achievements
S) Future pla ns(Job/H igher Studies/Entrepreneurship )
The deadline for submission of the above documents is 05th March 2024 before 2.00 P.M to
the concerned HODs of the respective departments.
The timeline for the recruitment process would be as fallows:

1) Submission of CV along with the opinions on above points: 05 March 2024

2) Class Voting: 04 th March 2024 to 08 March 2024 in the departments classrooms
conducted by faculty coordinators assigned for Training & Placement Cell.
3) Submission of all the applications along with class voting marks to be submitted in the
office of TPC by 12 th March 24 FN through HOD.
4) Interview :13 th March 2024 onwards (Date and time for each department will be
notified)
The number of TPSVs to be selected from each department should depend on the size of the
class.

The interviews for each department would be scheduled at different timings, which will be
notified by the TPO after receiving the list of applicants from the departments. All the
interviews will be conducted in the T&P cell.

For M.Tech : The department is 'requested to send the name of one student from second
semester of each M.Tech course based upon the class voting for the final team for TPC. The
students who will be going for 11 months internship in the third semester are not allowed to be

in the team. The list should reach by 13 March 24 FN through HODs.
