IMPORTANT CATEGORIZATION RULES

Here are the important rules that you have to apply to our categorization project, especially
for the MATHS, PHYSICS, and CHEMISTRY subject.

FOR ALL OF THE FLs TEAM LEADER, MAKE SURE TO CHECK YOUR MEMBERS' WORK
WHETHER IT'S ALREADY FOLLOWED THE BASIC GUIDELINES OR NOT.

👇👇👇
Here is the link for the General Guidelines:

⚠️ Why WE MUST follow the basic guidelines?⚠️

We have important columns in the picture below: Original Keyword (Blue Area),
SPAM/In/Complete Status, Completed Version, and Final Content (Red Area).

See these pictures below:

# Picture If we Select Incomplete and Fill the Completed Version 👇

👇
# Picture If we wrongly Select the status to Complete, but it’s supposed to be Incomplete with
the Completed Version filled

IMPORTANT REASONS NOTE:

1. When we put the status “Incomplete” , see the Content that will be published in the
Final Content Column, it will be taken from the Completed Version Column.

WHAT DOES THIS MEAN? If we put the Incomplete Status, but leave the Completed Version
Empty, then The Final Content Column will remain Empty.
MAKE SURE to not leave the Completed Version Empty and put the content that already
tidied up in the completed version.
2. When you put the status as Complete, and you populate the content in the Completed
Version Column, then it will be useless, because when you choose “Complete”, then the
formula for final content will automatically import content from the Original Keyword
Column.
3. Paste the link for complete and incomplete questions, no need to paste the
link for spam and can be fixed questions.

# Picture If you Select Can’t Be Fixed and SPAM Category 👇

IMPORTANT REASONS NOTE:

When we put the status as “Can’t be Fixed” or “SPAM” , THERE IS NOTHING TO BE

PUBLISHED in the Final Content Column.

We expect you and your team, if you found the questions that actually still can be fixed by
retyping it manually (not too complex or complicated and still possibly making sense to be
re-type), do not immediately set as Can’t be fixed and SPAM category without checking
thoroughly otherwise we may get the really less result to be published to the market.

This is why it is important for us to put the comments why those questions are categorised as
Can’t Be Fixed or SPAM.
AFTER THE BASIC GUIDELINES REQUIREMENTS HAVE BEEN CHECKED.
THEN YOU MAY DO THE DEEPER CHECK AND SOLUTIONS BY THE
DETAILS BELOW:

⚠️Exceptional:
● KWs with FIGURE/TABLE/ATTACHMENT/DIAGRAM/GRAPH/BLURRED IMAGE → Set
Status as: “Cannot Be Fixed” → Always Leave Completed Version & Subject Blank →
Fill Comment as Required Figure/Table/Attachment/Diagram/Graph (Choose One of
them)
Keywords
● Image
● Diagram
● Figure
● Picture
● Graph
● Illustrate
● Refer to the exhibit
● According to the text or textbook

● What KWs that can be categorised as Spam?

a. If it's only mention the Book Title / Advertising / etc
b. If it contains the words to ask you to do a project (Like thesis, essay, draw something,
activity, article.)
Keywords
● Spam -Religious content
Christmas, Buddhism, God, bible, genesis, jews, jewish, Allah, islam, muslim, Hindu,
Jesus,
● Spam- Not educational
Salad, beer, Chicken, Sandwich, Pizza, Burger, Soup, cheese, Sex, Lesbian,
LEGTQ,Marijuana, Gay, Homosexuality, Drugs, Alcohol, Sucide, wine
● Spam-Brand name
Microsoft, google, amazon,samsung, facebook,tiktok, powerpoint, snapchat,twitter, you
tube, Honda, nike, etc

Check list points:

● Remove question no,
● Remove the space at the beginning of the question
● capitalise initial letter and remove space at the beginning of the
question
● Remove (Check all that apply.), Group of answer option, Answer
option, Multiple select questions, question 1 answer:, etc
● write the question only, remove unnecessary data
● Remove double quotation mark(“)
● Remove (points/pts/marks)
● Remove quotation mark from the starting and end if the question"
● write 1 question when multiple questions is available on website

● LaTex Equation
Important Points:
a. Question needs complex LaTex Equation for user to understand → Set Status
as: “Cannot Be Fixed” → Leave Completed Version & Subject Blank → Fill
Comment as “Contain/Required LaTeX Formula”
b. Some question with LaTeX Formula is can be fixed, for example:

⚠️What Kind of Latex Equation That You Can Fix and Retype?⚠️
If the formula is still considered as simple or able to rewrite, use the following options:
1. Superscript and Subscript
(You may retype it from the Superscript generator:
https://www.generatorfonts.com/superscript-generator/ )

Example:
X² = (Superscript)
x₂ = (Subscript)

Notes:
If you found this symbol: ^2 that means a superscript.
If you found this symbol: _2 that means a subscript.

Please convert them into the form like above.

2. Simple Equation
(you may replace it with the symbol: /)

Example:

You may type it like this:

1/7 x⁻⁵/⁷

3. Simple Integral
(you may put the superscript and subscript for the integral that has 2 numbers attached
to it)

Example:
You may type it like this:
₀∫⁴
4. Simple Square Root (With Equation)
(You may put the square root at the left side of the number)

Example:

You may type it like this:

1 / 2√x

5. Other Symbols that still can be found / translated

(symbols example: Σ, ∆, ∝, π, ⋋, μ, etc.)
(you may find the symbols in here: https://www.symbolcopy.com/math-symbol.html or
LaTeX Symbol https://www.tutorialspoint.com/tex_commands)

6. Use this extension to fix the latex data properly.
