***Important Note for Customers***

“Things that Customer needs to know before submitting their Out of Warranty
Systems at Service Centre”

Service Centre is Not Responsible for Data Lose, Installed Software, OS Crash / OS Corruption
on Boot| Hanging, Slowness Issue after any type of Repair post Hardware or Chip-level fix.

Bit-Locker Locked is solely responsible by Customer as we will not be aware of the setting
and protection updated by the User.

OS upgrade to Latest OS can sometimes cause blank screen post Graphics Driver update and
even can go to Power On No Display stage (Rare Case). Solution use without Dedicated
Graphics / Role Back to Older Version OS.

For issues like Power On No Display | Powering On and Shuts Down in Minutes or Seconds,
during the repair of MBD it can go to not powering on stage, So Cx had to take that risk.

Any Graphic related issue system can go to no display stage or not powering on for those
instance customers have to replace the Motherboard.

Fabrication is temporary solution only if repeated broken no warranty & full part replacement
only can fix the issue, at additional cost as per part.

Intermediate Issue will take minimum 5 to 8 day as its not easily to Identified and mostly it
will end up in replacing major Part Like Motherboard or I/O Board or Screen or HDD

Battery Issue we need more time 3 to 4 days to diagnose due to lot of factors like struck at
curtain percent, not charging, immediate decrease and increase of percentage.

Post MBD replacement only we will be able to determine the actual status of systems
peripherals and other factors, For example [ RAM | keyboard | Battery | Wi-Fi | Bluetooth |
Daughter Boards | USB Ports | Speakers | Hard Disk Drive | Hard Disk Connector If applicable
| Display | Display Cable | Power Switch | CD/DVD RW Drive | Touch Pad |Camera | Audio
Jack and Mic | MMC Card Reader ].

Products purchased under 3rd part vendor will have Warranty Directly form the BRAND or
Vendor itself, where you will have to wait for 3 days to 2 Weeks for replacement depending
upon the replacement process. The warranty claim will be taken care by CTS.

Customers are requested to collect the system within 7 days from the time of system is fixed
and informed to collect or else there will be an addition cost of ₹20/- Per Day. Post 7 days
up to one Month, if still not collected we will sell the system to adjust the cost incurred to
fix the system.

If any of above specified parts are not working or malfunctioning, we will share the details with the
Customer for their notice, if required to change any of these peripherals an additional Quote will be
shared for approval and fix.

“As a Customer I am willing to take the rick that is mentioned above by the Crystal Tech Service
centre and I duly agree for the same”.
