Held a meeting comprising the following USF Staff headed by MR.Suresh Nadesan with the Youth Active Citizen (members) to discuss the matters pertaining to the
forthcoming events which is scheduled to be held on the 27th January 24 - SAP Orientation with the stake holders and 1st February 2024 - The Youth Club Formation and
Europa Commissioner and British council members' visit to Canaveralla.
The following topics were discussed and agreed :
1. Event & Venue - Finalized for 27th January 24
2. Event Agenda - discussed and confirmed. Final Agenda shall be furnished by the Committee.
3. Invitees list - discussed and final list to be confirmed.
4. 1st Feb 24 event venue discussed and confirmed with the Grama Sevaka Niladari - Pre School Building - Canaveralla.
5. All responsibilities entrusted to the Your Active Citizen (Members)
