1. WHAT MOTIVATED YOU TO APPLY FOR ENGINEERING?

Ans:- When I was in 12th I had a fond of chemistry. I prepared for the MHTCET for getting
admission COEP for the Metallurgical engineering branch because metallurgy involves the
chemistry and steel is the future of the world and making green steel is big challenge. But I
did not get admission in COEP So i decided to take admission in Government Polytechnic
Nagpur for the Metallurgy.

2. IN SCHOOLS AND COLLEGE WHAT SOCIAL ACTIVITIES HAVE YOU UNDERTAKEN AS STUDENT?
GIVE REFERENCES OF THE PEOPLE ASSOCIATED WITH YOU INCLUDING CONTACT NUMBERS.
Ans: In school I was the member in blood donation camp there I work in food supply chain.
I college I also have done social service through the team for the needy people.

3. WRITE ONE INCIDENT THAT HAS MADE A LIFE CHANGING IMPACT IN YOUR LIFE. GIVE
DETAILS
Ans:- When I was in diploma last semester my mom passed away suddenly and now I want to
do everything for my mom. Her memories motives me all the time and make me feel to work
hard in my life and also in future I want to help to the needy people as much as I can.

4. PLEASE GIVE A BRIEF WRITE UP ABOUT WHY DO YOU NEED EDUCATIONAL GRANT
ASSISTANCE? IN WHAT WAY THE CEA TRUST CAN HELP YOU?
Ans:- I want educational grant because my father income is too less and he cannot afford it.
He earns 150- 200 Rs a day and that is too less and the expenses in pune I have is more than
his monthly income. My brother is also studying in the 12th so my father has to manage
everything, I don’t know how he manage everything without telling me anything. If I get the
assistance from CEA trust then this will be biggest help for me. It’s my humble request to you
to please look at me. Thank you

COMPLETED ENGINEERING AND TAKEN EMPLOYMENT OR BUSINESS? IN WHAT WAY WOULD

Ans:- I promise you that i will repay your payment after getting placement from the college
with the rate of interest as you want or else i will help to needy student like me as much
possible I can.

Ans:- I got assistance in my hostel fees from the COEP Alumni.
