Presentation was articulate, animated and interesting! Presenter stated the title and genre of his/her piece, the story that inspired the new piece, as well as his/her reason for selecting the original work. The piece gave all the important information about the original story. One could tell the story that is being alluded to without reading the title. Presenter made appropriate use of some of the vocabulary from the original work, as well as, at least one exact quote from the story. Presenter made more than one implicit or explicit connection to self, text or world.
