I hope this letter finds you well. My name is Corazon C. Salido, an 83-year-old widower residing
at Aluba Macasandig, Cagayan de Oro City. I am writing to seek your assistance regarding the
burial of my parents, who were laid to rest at the Bolosori Public Cemetery.

Unfortunately, due to my age and my deteriorating health caused by a mild stroke, we find it
necessary to relocate their remains to the columbarium for immediate interment. To facilitate
this process, I have obtained the necessary exhumation permit and sticker indicating that their
bones are currently stored.

I kindly request your support in expediting this relocation process, and I am reaching out to Mr.
Armen Cuenca from the CLENRO office for assistance in this matter. Any help or guidance you
can provide to facilitate this transition would be greatly appreciated.
