The architectural and civil drawings have been revised to reflect the latest layout and
plans. The structural, mechanical, and electrical plans reflect the previous building plan,
but are similar in scope and scale and will be sufficient for pricing.
Triumph Properties Ltd. has financing arrangements in place based on a target project
value. Once we confirm the project costing as a result of this tender, final drawing
revisions will be completed and we will proceed with final permits and construction.
The new building is generally of wood frame construction with typical exterior finishes.
Water and sanitary sewer connections will occur in the street as per the civil drawings.
Site servicing contractors must allow for these connections and rehabilitation of the
street / curbs / sidewalks to City of Trail standards.
There is a portion of the existing retaining wall that must be demolished and removed
from site, and it will be replaced by a new retaining wall (See civil drawings and
retaining wall section).
7-Eleven will provide the store retail sales, merchandise, and cooler-freezer equipment.
Seko is inviting trades to tender the work based on the Division 1 through 16 process,
the drawings included in the dropbox link included.
Interested trades are requested to complete the attached intent to quote form with the
required information completed.
