Job Title: SALES AND PARTNERSHIPS EXECUTIVE


Reporting Supervisor: BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

JOB PURPOSE
 Hospital Revenue Growth
 Hospital Visits growth
 Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling & social networking.
 Attending local business events to generate new leads & won new sales.
 Setup meetings with potential clients and listen to their requirements & needs.
 Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on the provided service.
 Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections.
 Collaborate with team members to achieve better result.
 Aiming to achieve monthly targets.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
 Arrange appointments with doctors, pharmacists and hospital medical teams, which may include
pre-arranged appointments or regular 'cold' calling
 Make presentations to doctors, practice staff and nurses in gp surgeries, hospital doctors and
pharmacists for partnership opportunities
 Organize conferences for doctors and other medical staff
 Build and maintain positive working relationships with medical staff and support administrative
staff
 Keep detailed records of all contacts
 Win new customers, as well as develop long-term relationships with existing ones
 Meet and, if possible, exceed sales targets, regularly monitoring your business plans to make sure
you achieve this
 Plan work schedules and weekly and monthly timetables and discuss future targets with the
Business Development Manager
 Regularly attend company meetings, technical data presentations and briefings
 Keep up to date with the latest clinical data supplied by the company, and interpret, present and
discuss this data with health professionals during presentations
 Analyze sales data to improve results and make sure resources are effectively allocated
 Monitor competitor activity and competitors' products
 Keep up to date with new developments in the healthcare, anticipate potential negative and
positive impacts on the business and adapt strategy accordingly
 Develop strategies for increasing opportunities to meet and talk to contacts in the medical and
healthcare sector
 Stay informed about the activities of health services in a particular area

QUALIFICATIONS:
 Previous experience in med-reping or Hospital Sales and Marketing will be an advantage.
 Sales Driven,aggressively creative individual with high affinity to business opportunities
 Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) with a customer-centric approach.
 Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to think quickly to resolve issues.
 Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
 Proficiency in using CRM software or similar tools to manage customer interactions.
