JOB PURPOSE

Actively seek out new partnership opportunities through targeted visits and organized meetings
Attending local business events to generate new leads & won new sales.
Setup meetings with potential clients and listen to their requirements & needs.
Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations and proposals on the provided service.
Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections.
Collaborate with team members to achieve better result.
Aiming to achieve monthly targets.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Maintain and develop the existing portfolio of corporate relationships including providing excellent
account management, designing and delivering bespoke communications
Research potential corporate business and plan and deliver engaging approaches to them to secure
support
Work with industry influencers to Identify, secure and develop new corporate Business
opportunities, focusing on Insurances, Scheme Management Companies, Brokers and other key
decision makers
Assist in the implementation of existing, and the development of new, corporate partnership
products and services
Regularly attend company meetings, technical data presentations and briefings
Keep up to date with the latest clinical data supplied by the company, and interpret, present and
discuss this data with health professionals during presentations
Analyze the potential of the company’s service area to determine target markets, visitors, doctor’s
offices, hospital discharge desks,
Cordinate liaison activities such as Healthtalks, Wellness and with Insurers, Corporates and other
partners.
Cordinate Client Engagement activities such as Open Days, Contextual campaigns to grow healthy
partnerships
Plan and Codinate Online engagement forums through Webinars and CMEs to educate and
empower our clients and partners
Develop and maintain referral relationships and follow up with client prospects
Manage the profitability of the business
Ensure professional and consistent follow-up with all prospects, widening partnership
Keep abreast of sponsorship trends and news
Keep updated records of all corporate prospects and approaches on the database system including
research, actions, partnerships and contracts
QUALIFICATIONS:
Degree in a Business-related field

At least 2 years’ experience with at least 1 year experience in a business development or
community outreach role preferably in a hospital environment
Administrative work experience strongly preferred
Strong computer and phone skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, Google Workplace etc)
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Knowledge of Multispeciality Inpatient Hospital setups is an added advantage
Positive, outgoing and friendly attitude with ability to talk with community leads/referral partners
and work in a team environment
