Step One : Proceed to the following web address to place your order online

www.masterskill.co.za or http://bookstore.masterskill.co.za/ using your browser.

Step Two : Hover over the Red Tab (StudentZone) and click on Order Online should you log in
through the Masterskill homepage, Should you use the second link you simply need to enter the
below username and password. All material on this portal are prescribed for Unisa students, do
not be alarmed should your Tutorial letter code not correspond with the material listed.

Step Three : Please select the quantity of the material you wish to place an order for, once
the quantity has been selected please click on Check Out.

Step Four : Please select any one of the tabs below to specify if this is a Domestic delivery
or if you are situated outside the Republic of South Africa and select the City from the tab list and
click Confirm.
Step Five : Please complete the relevant fields with your delivery details and Student
Information required to ensure delivery of your material.

Step Six : You will receive an order number which confirms your order has been processed
correctly with the information you have provided. Please select your payment from the list of
tabs. If you are doing an EFT Payment you need not select any of the payment methods below.
Please ensure that you use either the Order number provided or your Student number so
Masterskill may tie your payment to your order. Your order will be printed and shipped only once
Payment reflects in our Masterskill account provided below.

Should you prefer to receive the book in digital format, we will gladly provide access to you.
Once you processed your order, please email marlene@masterskill and landy@masterskill to
