Background:

During the Pandemic the people fiercely changed towards digital channels. The study confirms the rapid
interaction of people through digital channel.

Digitalization is a common phenomena which is visible in daily life. Nowadays each and every fragment
among the society function through digital technology .The 21st century is known as Digital Age. The
Digitalization is transforming the world from bite to the byte. Digitalization has such an impact on daily
life where it is tough to be extant with out it.

In India digitalisation strikes every aspect of life such as economy, education,lifestyle,etc. Digital
technology have deeply infiltrated as the Government of India initiated Digital India Programme in
2015.

In general Digitalisation helps in an easy access for all of peoples necessities. Apart from all the glory of
Digitalisation, there are certain merits and demerits to it. The advent of new technologies within
Digitalisation such as E-commerce, E-library,E-healthcare,E-education etc. makes every step of
individuals lives easy and affordable.

RESEARCH OBJECTIVES –

This study will attempt to look at the following objectives ;


• Critically analyse the evolution of Digitalisation in daily life of individuals.
• To analyse the digitalisation in India.
• To identify and discuss the various impacts of Digitalisation .

METHODOLOGY-

The proposed research will follow a quality approach were individuals will be chosen from certain parts
of society and interviews will be conducted virtually or physically using a pre-designed interview
schedule. Their narrative will be recorded and translated for the better understanding of the reasearch
paper .

The research also study and analyse from various secondary sources such as articles, research papers,
websites, journals , reports and database from both governmental and non - governmental
organization.

EXPECTED OUTCOMES-

The expected outcome of the study is to understand the process of Digitalisation and its impacts in the
daily life of the individuals.
