generated and receipt of the amount) along with discharge summary.
8. Proof of payment made by the insured which he applied for reimbursement along with
supporting bill
9. Acknowledgement of receipt of payment – cashless payment (timeline for the bills
generated and receipt of the amount) along with discharge summary
10.ID card of the insured
11.Investigation reports
12.Emails / chats exchanged with the insurance company
13.Claim denial email. If any (to show that the claim / reimbursement was denied.)
