Dear Interns,
RE: TEMPORARY INTERRUPTION OF INTERNSHIP PROGRAM
We are writing to inform you about an upcoming temporary interruption in our internship
program.
Due to unforeseen circumstances, we have encountered some challenges in securing
adequate accommodation for all our interns. However, we are actively working to resolve this
issue. We are pleased to inform you that we have identified a spacious room that can
accommodate all of you comfortably. However, the finalization of the leasing process with the
landlord is pending.
In light of the ongoing commemoration week and the upcoming Ramadan observance, we
have decided to temporarily halt the internship program for two days to expedite the process
of securing the accommodation. This temporary interruption will allow us to ensure that we
provide you with a conducive environment for your internship experience.
As such, the internship program will be temporarily suspended from April 8th to April 9th,
2024. We anticipate that the accommodation arrangements will be finalized by then, allowing
us to resume the internship program on Thursday, April 11th, 2024, at 11:00 AM.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding and
cooperation during this time. Please rest assured that we are working diligently to minimize
any disruption to your internship experience.
