Preliminaries
 Prayer

Stand up everyone.
May I request _______ to please lead our prayer.

Lord true source of light and wisdom, give me a keen sense of

understanding, a retentive memory, and a capacity to grasp things correctly.
Grant me the grace to be accurate in my expositions and the skill to express
myself with thoroughness and clarity. Be with me at the start of my work,
guide its progress and bring it to completion.
Grant this through Christ, our Lord, Amen.

EXPLORE
Activity: “Evolution Exploration!”

The class will be divided into four groups. Each group will be assigned to
different learning stations. Each station has tasks regarding geologic time scale.
The student will identify the given living things that corresponds to the period it
was evolved. Paste your answers in the manila paper and present it in front of
the class. This activity should be accomplished within 10 minutes.

F. Developing The students will present their answers in the class. Each group can have their

and abstractions To generalize the lesson, the teacher will go back to the objectives and ask
about the lesson questions to students through answering this activity. The teacher will flash the
doors and the students will choose one door and answer its corresponding
questions.

1. Based on what have you learned, what is the evidence of evolution?

2. Cite at least 3 practical conservation strategies in preserving fossils.
3. Explain the importance of conserving the fossils from the ancient history.
