LEADERSHIP & MANAGEMENT SERIES

INTRODUCTION

18 - 19 JANUARY 2012 FOUR SEASONS JAKARTA INDONESIA

YOUR INTERNATIONAL COURSE FACILITATOR

Derek Stockley
B. Bus. (Acc.), G. Dipl. Org. Behaviour

There are many ways to improve individual and organisational performance. One of the simplest and most cost effective methods is to have skilled, knowledgeable staff members train other staff. Often internal training is the only method available as unique situations brought about by a combination of systems and processes mean that external training is not relevant. Participants will be able to design and deliver effective training sessions that make a real difference to productivity. Participants will embark on training activities with confidence.
