Ginebra is a distilled alcoholic
drink that derives its predominant
flavour from juniper berries
(Juniperus communis).
Gin is one of the broadest

origins, styles, and flavour
profiles, that revolve around
juniper as a common ingredient.
How Ginebra is Made
u Ginebra is a brandy of corn, rye or barley grain. First we have a first
fermentation of the grain juices and later it is distilled obtaining a
brandy that is flavored with juniper berries as the main normal.
u After each house you will be given touches of other aromatic herbs or
even orange peels, lyrio flowers, etc.
