♥ To use present simple correctly
♥ To to use frequency adverbs, (always, usually, sometimes,
never), correctly in sentences and in speech

ACTIVITY 1: WARM UP

AIM: The teacher makes the class comfortable for the lesson to
begin
PROCEDURE: The teacher greets the children, presents herself
and tells them what they are going to do today

ACTIVITY 2: CATCHING
THE ATTENTION
AIM: The teacher begins with some sentences with the fre-
quency adverbs.
PROCEDURE: First, the teacher explains to the children how
to use the adverbs by using a table 👇🏻, and then we will play a
game on wodwall

ACTIVITY 3: LEAD-IN
AIM: To introduce the children in today’s lesson
PROCEDURE: The teacher will introduce today’s lesson by
presenting a video about routines and where to put the adverbs.

The teacher asks the children some questions and explain some
things to make sure they understand the correct form:
♥ When do we put the adverbs? (Between subject and action)
♥ If it was a sentence like: I am never late. Then we will put the
adverb after „to be”.

TIME: 7 minutes

ACTIVITY 4: EXERCISES
AIM: To do the exercises from the smartboard and the worksheet.

PROCEDURE: After the teacher explains and the students under-


stood, we will do a listening, and each student will receive a peace
of paper with the sentences from the video.
