Dear WGT Friends,

From March 10 to 15 we will meet in the Netherlands & online for those who can not meet live. In preparation on this, this
document is our guide.

Arrival on March 10
We all will arrive on the 10th of March by train, plane, bus. In the 1st week of February the trips will be organised and booked in
personal contact with you.

The WORK-lab program

The 4-day program is meant to become a strong Group Leaders team and will ne a mix of interactive workshops and co-creation
sessions so that in the end we will have a Group Team activity plan that fits us all.

The WGT WORK-lab Accommodation

We will book the accommodation as soon as we know how many of us can come to the Netherlands. We will inform you about it as
soon as possible.

It will be a simple accommodation, because from the Erasmus+ grant we have 45 euro per day per person for stay & food. But we will
do all we can to find a comfortable place.

Info package

Besides your personal packing list we organise some activities which require comfortable clothes. Below you can find an additional
packing list which also includes products which are not provided at the accommodation (for example: towels).

About the Netherlands

In the Netherlands the weather is precarious. Be prepared for rain, wind and cold, but the sun might shine as well sometimes. The
average temperature at this time of the year is 6 to 8 degrees during the day.
The local currency is the Euro.

Pocket money
Estimated costs for drinks in bars and restaurants are around: Soda: € 3,00; Beer: € 3,00; Wine: € 4,00.

Packing List
Besides your personal luggage we would kindly ask you to bring the following materials with you:

• Enough towels for showering (the accommodation perhaps doesn’t offer laundry service).
• Comfortable clothes, shoes for outdoor activities.
• Laptop
• An umbrella*
• Games to spend your free time*

* Please bring when you are able to.

All participants have own responsibility to arrange a valid travel insurance. These are personal expenses and will not be covered by the
organization.

Breakfast, lunch, dinner and bedding will be provided. During the day there will be enough
coffee, thee, water and snacks. Personal expenses are for your own account.

If the plug of your charger looks different, please buy/bring a travel plug.
