Job Description: As a Human Resource Assistant at Arowwai Industry, you will play a
crucial role in supporting the HR department in various administrative tasks. You will
assist in recruitment processes, employee onboarding, maintaining employee records,
and facilitating HR-related queries.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Assist in recruitment processes such as job posting, screening resumes, and
scheduling interviews.
2. Coordinate employee onboarding activities, including orientation sessions and
paperwork completion.
3. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in compliance with company
policies and regulations.
4. Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
5. Support HR projects and initiatives as assigned by the HR Manager.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field.
Minimum of 1 year of experience in HR administration or relevant role.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS software.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with integrity.
