RALPH LAUREN was born in 1939 in the Bronx, New York. He went to Baruch College, where
he studied business, but he entitled in the U.S .Army before graduating. After two years of
service, Lauren noted the passion he was able to express through clothes. Designing men’s
ties out of a drawer in the Empire State Building, he relied on instinct, weaving his beliefs
about life and style to capture the American dream using colors, fabric , and design, and he’s
never looked back. Ralph Lauren’s classic logo is Majestic & Classic. The popular fashion
brand, known for its clothing, home goods, accessories, and fragrances is one of the major
inspirations to many renowned fashion branding agencies worldwide.

CATHERINE HOLSTEIN is a designer and the founder and creative director of New York
womenwear label Khaite. Holstein was born and raised between Southern California and
London, started her career as a student at the Parsons School of Design in New York ordered
the collection she created for the junior thesis. Khaite is a New York- based women’s ready -
to- brand was founded in 2016. She dropped out of school to purse design , and the brand
went on to be stocked at 40 retailers worldwide, from department stores like Saks Fifth
Avenue to high- end boutiques such as Kirna Zabete in New York and Louis Boston.

GIORGIO ARMANI was born 11 July 1934 and he is an Italian fashion designer. He first gained
renown working for Cerruti and then for many others, including Allegri, Bagutta, and Hilton.
He formed his company , Armani, in 1975, which eventually expanded into music, sport ,and
luxury hotels. By 2001, Armani was acclaimed as the most successful designer of Italian
origin, and is credited with designer of Italian origin, and is credited with pioneering red-
carpet fashion. In 2010, he opened the Armani Hotel in Burj Khalifa , the world’s tallest
building.
VALENTINO CLEMENTE LUDOVICO GARAVANI was born 11 May 1932. He is an Italian fashion
designer, the founder of the Valentino brand and company. His main lines included
Valentino, Valentino Garavani , Valentino Roma, and R.E.D. Valentino. Valentino Fashion
Group S.P.A. designs and produces clothing ,accessories, and footwear. The company offers
handbags, leather good, belts, watches, eyewear, fragrances , and other related accessories.

Jonathan Anderson was born September 17, 1984. He is a Noethen Irish fashion designer
and the founder of JW Anderson. Anderson is known for his eponymous label and having
served as a creative director is Spanish luxury house LOEWE. In 1965, Loewe launched its
first read- to – wear fashion collection, followed by the debut of its Amazina bag in 1975.
PAOLINA RUSSO is a Canadian designer based in London. Her namesake label was founded in
2020 and is a nostalgic , rose- tinted supercut of her suburban upbringing. Tapping into
memories of youth sports teams and DIY arts – and -crafts projects inform both the
production and aesthetics of Russo’s avant- garde garments stitching together a medley of
upcycled and unconventional materials in jarring colour combinations.
SIMON PORTE JACQUEMUS was born in 1990 in the south of France. Growing up in the country side,
his parents were both farmers which is often said to have greatly influenced his design choices.
Jacquemus moved to the world’s capital of fashion at just 19 to explore his desires as a designer. The
brand is known for its creative, minimalistic designs ,andinnovative marketing.

EVELYNE CHETRITE founded Sandro with the help of her husband in 1984 as a premium
contemporary brand positioned between luxury designer brands and mass market brands. Chetrite
has described the philosophy of the brand as “casual but always chi” and “sophisticated but cool”.
Sandro offers an omnichannel strategy, with this approach the customers cross- channel and across
digital devices directly.
