1. Master Agreement and Purchase Order

a. All taxes, duties and other governmental

Goods and the delivery of the Goods to ‫ الذي يتحملها‬،‫هذه االتفاقية من مسؤولية المورد‬
Mercy Corps in accordance with this ‫ وفي حال ألزم القانون ميرسي كور‬،‫بدوره وحده‬
Agreement will be the liability of, and borne
solely by, Supplier. If the law requires
‫باقتطاع أي ضرائب من الدفعات المستحقة إلى‬
Mercy Corps to withhold taxes from ‫ فلـ ميرسي كور اقتطاع هذه الضرائب‬،‫المورد‬
payments to Supplier, Mercy Corps may ‫وتوريدها إلى السلطة الضريبية المختصة على أن‬

12. Invoicing and Payment.
