Pharos MobilePrint™
Pharos MobilePrint delivers seamless printing from any email or web-enabled
device, on or off-site, to any Pharos-secured printer regardless of manufacturer.
With the Pharos Print app (iOS and Android), submitting print jobs has never
been easier.

INTUITIVE PRINTING
MobilePrint does not require vendor-specific print drivers. All users need is the
Pharos Print app, a web browser, or the ability to send emails. Users submit print
jobs to a secure print queue to be printed by 1) emailing the documents to the
email address set up for MobilePrint or 2) uploading the documents via Pharos
Print Center or Pharos Print app.

DEVICE INDEPENDENCE
With Pharos MobilePrint, you can release your print job at any Pharos-secured
printer, regardless of manufacturer or location. Organizations often have a
variety of printing devices provided by different manufacturers. MobilePrint
gives you the convenience and flexibility to work with all of them.

SECURE PRINTING
Leverage Secure Print technology to enhance document security. To release a
document, users must be physically present to authenticate at a secured printer.

SUBMISSION NOTIFICATIONS
With email submissions, users are notified when their job is submitted
successfully. They will also be notified if a job can’t be printed due to an
unsupported file format. This prompt feedback gives users the opportunity
to resubmit in a supported format before going to a printer.

PHAROS PRINT APP

Users can easily send content from their iOS or Android Device
to any Pharos-secured printer. Download the app directly from
the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
