7 Responsibilities / Duties
 Programming & operating in Makino-f3 machine.
 Monitor of preventive and annual maintenance for Makino-f3 machine.
 Work piece setting and complete in time.
 Improve machine efficiency.
 Follow all machining related documents and procedures set.

Tasks
 To work as a trainee and achieve the given task.
 Reduce cycle time for Makino-f3 machine.
 Ensure safety at all times in the tool room area.
 Maintain records for running hours and machine maintenance documents for
Makino-f3.
 Accountable for Tool grip- Raw material, Cutting tools, Hand tools.
Professional, personal qualification and experience
 Diploma in Mechanical Engg. CNC Milling Training certificate
 Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, Outlook.
 Experience at least 2 years in Toolroom and CNC Milling machine

Mandatory Skill
 Knowledge in Tool Room Machine
 Knowledge in operating CNC machines.
 Trouble Shooting
 Excellent communication.
 Teamworking.
 Analytical Skill.
 Problem solving
8 Authority

 To issue Cutting tools, Hand tools

 To operate CNC machines
9 Required degrees / certificates / documents As on Mentioned above
