Dear Mr_______:

We are pleased to submit our proposal to handle your case concerning Preparation and Execution of
Deed of Absolute Sale and Deed of Donation, as well as the Transfer of Property Title (BIR, Assessor, and
Register of Deeds). For the handling of your case, we propose the following fees:

1. Acceptance Fee. We will accept the case and serve as your counsel for a fee of TWO
HUNDRED FIFTY THOUSAND PESOS (Php 250,000.00) with respect to the processing of
transfer of four (4) properties, all located in Parañaque City.

2. Mobilization Fee. A fee of THREE THOUSAND PESOS (P3,000.00) per appearance before
the necessary government agencies, including attendance of meetings or conferences with
client, and follow-ups on the status of the transfer. This will cover toll fees, fuel expenses
relative to travel.

3. Out-of-pocket Expenses. All out-of-pocket expenses such as, long distance telephone calls,
courier processing charges, cost of reproduction of official documents, printing and the like,
shall be for your account. Fees charged by experts, investigators, or other professional
including expenses entailed therein, shall also be for your account. In cases where such out-
of-pocket expenses are anticipated, I would request that a deposit for such expenses be made.
An initial deposit of TWENTY THOUSAND PESOS (Php 20,000.00) for costs is hereby
requested to defray the expenses for the initial steps of the case.

The abovementioned fees shall not cover the following: Notarial Fees; Transfer Taxes, which
includes, but not limited to Capital Gains tax, Documentary Stamp Tax, local transfer taxes, Fees for
the transfer of title before the Register of Deeds.

Our services will cover drafting and writing the necessary documents and all other papers
required to be served and filed, and accomplishing the necessary process for the transfer of title. This
agreement will cover initial preparation and the execution of deed of absolute sale and deed of
donation until the transfer of the property including transactions with the BIR, Assessor’s Office, and
the Register of Deeds.

If you accept the foregoing, please sign on the appropriate space provided below and return to
us one signed copy together with the payment.

We will send billing statements before the 10th day of each month.
