service oriented which in this case is Techbyheart.
 To learn about the origin and journey of the Organization.
 To learn about the Organizational structure.
 To learn about the relationship of the organization with its stakeholders.
 To learn about how the firm gets its clients and how they efficiently handle
their clients.
 To learn about the different projects that is done by the Company.

The IT industry encompasses a vast array of sectors, including software development,


hardware manufacturing, cybersecurity, cloud computing,artificial intelligence, and
telecommunications. It drives innovation in business processes, communication, and
entertainment, shaping global economies. With rapid advancements, IT constantly evolves,
creating new opportunities and challenges. Major players range from tech giants like Apple,
Google, and Microsoft to startups disrupting traditional models. The industry fosters digital
transformation across all sectors, from healthcare to finance, education to transportation. Its
influence permeates daily life, from smartphones to smart homes, underpinning modern
society's infrastructure and connectivity.

1.3 THE CURRENT STATUS AND GROWTH OF IT INDUSTRY

The IT industry has been one of the fastest-growing industries in recent years, driven by
advancements in technology and the increasing reliance of businesses and individual on
digital solutions. In 2022, the global IT industry was valued at over $5 trillion and it is
expected to continue growing at a steady rate in the coming year. The IT experiencing rapid
growth and innovation, and this trend has continued since then. The COVID-19 pandemic has
led to a significant increase in the adoption of digital technologies across many industries,
which has further accelerated growth in the IT industry.

1. Cloud computing: The adoption of cloud computing has been growing rapidly, with more
businesses moving their data and applications to the cloud.

2.7 Competitors Review

Competitor analysis is the process of researching and analysing the marketing strategies of
the companies operating in a given market. The competitor research casts light on what other
brands in your niche are doing to acquire and retain customers. The analysis evaluates as
many factors as possible to bring insights into what drives traffic to your competitors’ pages
and leads to their ads. It highlights the gaps and estimates your potential and opportunities to
fill them. Nowadays competition in the field of Digital marketing is highly increasing. Most
of the Digital Marketing Companies are entering into Digital market. So the main challenge
that the organization is facing is competition. And the main competitors are Red Team
Academy, Offenso Academy, etc… The company is following many policies to obtain
competitive advantage in the market. And the organization is winning in ruling the market.
They are providing many incentive programs to the employees, so that they work harder for
the company and this is one of the main strategies used by the organization to tackle the
market

3.1 POSITIONING OF THE INTERN

During my internship Period at TECHBYHEART I got an opportunity to assist Marketing


department and collected various details about the organization. It helped me to
understand the functioning and working condition of the Marketing department and also
got an opportunity to apply theoretical knowledge in an actual working environment. It
helped me to gain knowledge in planning, organizing, and maintenance of Marketing
related aspects of the Organization. It helped me to understand the importance of
Marketing Department in the company. By getting hands-on experience by working under
a Marketing manager, I was able to understand and follow Marketing trends.

During the forty-five days of my internship, I have done my best in the organization. I got a
whole overview about the organisation. And I had done my work there with all my skills and
I helped the Marketing head. I completed all the tasks that are assigned to me in time.

5.1 CONCLUSION
The internship helps me to experience and understand the real working environment. It also
helped to develop theoretical knowledge and its application on situations. It enables students
to evaluate themselves and to choose better carrier options. Internship program provided us
an opportunity to gain practical exposure in the real business world and obtain some
experience that act as a stepping stone before entering professional world hence, enhancing
our personal skill and capacity and developing managerial skills and behaviour. This program
has helped in improving the people skills, human skills, and analytics skill. It has also helped
in developing the ability to work under pressure and how to work in a team.

As a self-assessment, the achievements that I gained through this internship are:

a) Internship program teaches us the importance of time and how important it is in


professional world to follow it.

b) Developing the capability to handle the work pressure was one of the important skills
learned while working in the organization.

c) Being a partial employee, punctuality was one of the attitudes developed while working in
the organization.

d) Gained practical knowledge of importance of team work and coordination.

e) Became more socialized while dealing and interacting with customers and colleagues.

f) Confidence level to communicate and coordinate with customers has gradually increased
