1. Agency/sales/ distribution agreement( DHL No 5681)


2. Certificate of food safety management system ( ISO:22000:2005 or HACCP or GMP
certificate) from company
3. Free sale certificate from competent authority
4. Packaging material specification
5. Raw material specification of all ingredients with source and standards
6. Certificate of analysis; containing physic-chemical and microbiological analysis
7. Stability study or shelf life study according to the protocol
8. If ingredients are from animal source, BSE/TSE free test
9. Art work of labeling information of the product

Required documents for local food during registration

1. Certificate of food safety management system ( ISO:22000:2005 or HACCP or GMP


certificate) from company or Auditing inspection report
2. Renewed certificate of competency (COC)
3. Certificate to use national mark (if compulsory standard)
4. Packaging material specification
5. Raw material specification of all ingredients with source and standards
6. Certificate of analysis; containing physic-chemical and microbiological analysis
7. Stability study or shelf life study according to the stability study protocol
8. If ingredients are from animal source, BSE/TSE free test
9. Art work of labeling information of the product

1. Renewed certificate of competency (COC)
