REGISTRATIONS
The registrations will be accepted on the first come and first serve basis.
Registration is open for various categories, which includes non-accommodation, accommodation, meal
and travel assistance in separate categories.
Once the maximum capacity is reached, the subsequent applicants will be placed in the waiting list.

ELIGIBILITY
International Global Conference (IGC-2024) Model United Nations welcomes youth between
the ages of 15 to 28 years old from any country who wish to have experience in model united
nations conferences or have a high interest in global affairs to be the delegate of IGC-2024
Model United Nations.

MECHANISM
The IGC will be using the offline mode of Model United Nations.
The conference will consist of International and National delegates.
All matters regarding the country and council allocation will be arranged based on the decision of the committee.
IGC-MUN India 2024 participants must follow COVID-19 safety and health protocol that has been regulated by the
authorities of Govt. of India.

GUIDELINES

VISA, FLIGHT TICKET

TRAVEL EXPENSE
Visa, Flight Ticket and Travel Expense are not included in any of the payment packages of International Global
Conference.
Participants are responsible for their own travel tickets and VISA.
Please do research beforehand whether or not you require a VISA to enter India from your country and prepare for it
accordingly if you require it.
The Assistance team will be providing any assistance required for the visa process if required.

PROPERTY RIGHTS
IGC reserves the right to utilize all data submitted by individuals to International Global Conference and to collect
data in the form of photographs or videos during the conference and social events without limitations.
All registrants agree that no data, results, and materials for use in International Global Conference will be
disseminated by means of publications, reports, conferences, or any other form without the consent from IGC of
which these data, results, and materials are its exclusive property.
International Global Conference reserves the right to update and change information without prior notice.

CODE OF CONDUCT
Registrants will be receiving a hereby certify by completing the registration process that all
information submitted is truthful and accurate. The registrants understand that falsification of any
information provided will disqualify them from participation in International Global Conference
false information or impersonation may result in legal actions.

Participants agree that all materials produced for this conference will be original work. Plagiarism
will not be tolerated at International Global Conference, and should the International Global
Conference Committee discover instances of plagiarism, the individual will be disqualified from
the conference without a refund.
Participants are expected and obliged to obey the rules and regulations of Lovely Professional
University, India while participating in International Global Conference

CODE OF CONDUCT
Participants are personally responsible for all charges and damage to the facilities of the
conference and social event venues.
Participants understand the full assumption of risks and acknowledge that International Global
Conference and its committee, elected representatives, and employees, do not assume any
responsibility for the conduct and activities of the participants.

Participants agree to accept and abide by this Code of Conduct.

Participants must be aware that sexual harassment is highly condemned in this event. The
possession of illegal drugs and weapons is also prohibited. The participants fail to abide by this
regulation, the respective participants will be disqualified from the event without a refund.
