Vehicle Owners need to Visit Concerned RTA/SDM on the Date & Time Slot Confirmed to the Customer on the Appointment Slip.

Above Date And Time is Reporting Time, Fitment May Take up to 2 Hrs. From Reporting Time.

Print Copy Of Appointment Slip Is Compulsory At The Time Of Fitment.

Customer should not pay extra money at the time of fitment his plate & if he will pay then it will be his responsilibity.

If inconvenience occurs due to electricity failure , heavey rain or other natural causes your appointment will be auto rescheduled on next possible day.

The HSRP is guratnteed for a period of five years from the date of affixation. In case of any wear and tear due to natural causes, the HSRP will be replaced free of cost at any of the HSRP Fitment Centers across State of Punjab.

Customer, while coming for HSRP fitment for their old vehicle must get the old number plate removed and submit the same at HSRP department.
