I, Identify A Business Idea
Starting from 2017, the football movement in Vietnam became strong, a large number of
people are interested in this sport more and more through many tournaments and
especially Vietfootball's HPL-S5 and since then, football "Phi" football is a very fertile
market and promises to be very popular in the future because the perfection of "Phi"
football is gradually improving. What is the demand of Vietnamese people from football
shoes? They need good, durable, cheap shoes that can be used on all types of courts such
as artificial turf, indoor courts, natural grass courts. According to my own survey, quite a
few people like to use Mizuno shoes and I will build on that to build designs… that's my
start-up plan. I'll go a little deeper:

- First: About the field

Artificial turf fields appear a lot in the North and Central regions, indoor courts (Futsal)
are more common in the South, a few will be natural grass courts (for professional
players). and a handful of community movements). From that we infer that the sole
model for artificial turf (TF - Turf Floor) will be produced the most, followed by Futsal
courts (IC - Indoor Court) and finally 2 types of natural grass courts (FG - Firm Groud)
and (AG - Artifical Grass), especially AG can be used completely on artificial turf.

- Second: About the model

There are some shoe brands that have almost copied and pasted the shoe forms of Nike,
Adidas, and Puma to create their own shoes and that's also a good idea but I want that to
be a shoe called a separate model. It will be a shoe model that will satisfy the most
demanding customers.

For example, Mizuno, they have just emerged in recent years, but they are doing very
well in direct competition with Nike, Adidas, and Puma with many strategies to make
customers lose money.

- Understanding Vietnamese psychology, I will design a shoe model with


+ Nails grip the pitch well
+ Upper made of genuine leather and synthetic leather for each segment
(real leather will provide the best and softest ball feeling and synthetic
leather in to make the shoes more durable, the heel will be made with velvet
fabric to avoid scratching the heel like some shoes on the market)
+ Shoelaces will also be a consideration when it will be a design with the
above name and will be a moderate length for everyone to adjust.
+ Diverse colors and designs, but the quality is important to consumers.
+ The shoe lining will be designed to be thin and light and have a moderate
porosity for you to get used to the shoes better.

Moreover, the shoes also bring comfort to customers.
- Finally, the word “cheap”, we guarantee this football shoe will be affordable
to everyone's wallet. If shoes from Nike, Adidas, and Vans are priced in the
tens of millions, this shoe product will have a price ranging from one hundred
thousand to one million.

From the past to now, the most popular sport in Vietnam is football. Up to 85% of
Vietnamese people are very interested in football and 75% are people who love this sport.
Export turnover of sports goods accounts for about 12-15% of textile and garment
turnover.

Thanks to the domestic and foreign football competition events, it also partly promotes
the demand for sports shoes. This is a very fertile market. Consumers increasingly favor
sneakers with designs that combine elements of sports design, in line with sports trends.
Furthermore, the global demand for soccer shoes driven by the constant shift to a more
active lifestyle, attractive and comfortable sports shoes that are ideal for everyday sports
activities are becoming extreme. popular period.

There are two types of football shoes circulating in Vietnam, which are brands made in
Vietnam such as Kamito, Zocker, Mizuno ... and football shoes of big brands such as
