MIN 1/17/2024 PRELIMINARY
The meeting started with a word of prayer by mr. Josphart kaleku The Bom secretary Mr. Moses
Paraiywa who is also the head teacher of the school introduced the agenda to the members by going
through the general overview of the school .

MIN 2/17/2024 SCHOOL DEVELOPMENT

The BOM Secretary informed the board members on the good progress of the school; good
performance of the previous KCPE and KEPSEA Exams good development project in the school by
Mara bush tops camp where they donated 50 double bank beads drainage system at the girls
toilets .The Bom members Led by the chairperson and supported by the other members appreciated
the good work done by marabushtop camp .
 MIN 3/17/2/2024 SCHOOL PROJRCT BY MARA BUSHTOPS CAMP
The school head teacher who is the BOM Secretary informed the board members on the proposed
project to be done by the camp. the project includes : construction of the modern kitchen ,lunch
feeding programed and putting up the cloth hanging lines in the respective dormitories for both boys
and girls .Mr. Stanley Njapit started thanking the camp for the major dominations and all the other
members appreciated the offer to the school .
MIN 4/17/2/2024 SCHOOL LAND RENT
Board of management discussed the issues that was brought about by the head teacher on the issues
of renting out the school land due to a lot of pasture in the field. several people had sent their
requests among them is Rev Kojona Ole Njapit and ole kaleku. After a long discussion that was led
by the chairman, All the members agreed unanimously to give Rev Kojonga a chance to graze his
cow for a period of 3 months starting 1ST of Feb 2024 to 30th April 2024.
MIN 5/17/2/2024 SCHOOL BUDGET
The head teacher who is the BOM Secretary presented the school budget to the board members for
discussion and approval. The chairman Mr. Dickson Ntika led the discussion by through all the items
to the budget and all the other board members supported the discussion and the budget was
approved.
MIN 6/17/2/2024 SIP (KPEEL PROJECT)
The head teacher who is the BOM Secretary informed the board members that KPEEL Money was
already deposited at the bank and that a budget is supposed to be generated from the school
improvement plan that was approved by the sub county director. The budget is amounting to a total
of 480,000 kenyan shillings. the Board members agreed to give the constituted committee to oversee
the whole process
