Network1:
It consists of two hidden layers, one with 15 neurons and the other with one
neuron:

As we see, the mean squared error with this network configuration becomes
larger for the test data.
Network 2:
It consists of two hidden layers, one with 6 neurons and the other with one
neuron:

As we see, the mean squared error of validation and test data becomes lower
than the previous network and at the best level.
Network 3:
It consists of two hidden layers, one with 6 neurons and the other with three
neurons:

This is the best network that I made; the error of validation data becomes at best
level also the test data error becomes so much lower and close to 10 -8
