Online tenders for the following works have been processed on the e-Procurement

farmer's fields with a duty of 0.35 Lit/Sec/Ha. with OMS at 20Ha. Chak with 10
times duty from 20 ha to 2.5 ha.Chak \^/ith at least 23 Meter Residual Head at
highest point of each 2.50 Ha chak with total power requirement ol 17.23 MW in
Culturabfe command area of 32000 Ha, out of gross command area 47704 Ha.
The work includes all activities i.e. survey, investigation, designing, drawing,
obtaining approval from competent authority, procurement, construction of
Bahoriband micro lift irrigation project with pump houses, laying of rising lgravity
mains, branch lines, distribution network, railway and highway and other road
crossing structures, controlling and regulation of system with scADA with full
automation. Preparation of land acquisition cases and compliances, pursuing for
final award , preparing, complying and pursuing cases for obtaining statutory
clearances including forest, environmental clearances as per rules from respective
departments of Gol and GoMP, construction of permanent & temporary buildings
for official and residential purpose, approach roads and other required works as
directed by Engineer in charge. The work also includes Management, operation and
Maintenance (MoM) for the period of 60 months after completion and further
extendable for another 60 months, including 60 months defect liability period
running simultaneously.

U.S.R. in force from 2017 (Amended up to March202I) for following work (s) are invited from
registered contractors in M.P. Public Works Department Bh.opal under centralized registration
system. However, such bidders who are not registered with the Government of Madhya
Pradesh and are eligible for registration can also submit their bids after having applied for
registration with appropriate authority. The bidder would be required to submit copy of
registration before opening of the price bid.

5. The Bid data should be filled carefully. The Bid should be submitted online between
49.02.2024, 17.30 hrs. to 2t.OZ.ZOZ4, 17.30 hrs.
6. The following documents are required to be scanned and uploaded in Envelope ,A,
-
a) Receipt of cost of bid document.
b) Valid bid security (Earnest Money) in one of the approved forms, laid down in
clause 11.0 of (tender document) detailed N.l.T.
c) Copy of MPPWD Registration Certificate or proof of having applied for
registration.
 d) Affidavit as prescribed in Annexure-1 and a separate additional affidavit as per
Annexure-2 as attached in Volume-|.
e) Written power of attorney authorizing the signatory to sign and submit the bid
on behalf of bidder (PoA)*.
f) JV agreement (if participated in JV*).

7. Online Envelope "8" (Prequalification Envelope) shallcontain the following :

All the prequalification documents, as required in Tender document Volume-|, are

required to be scanned and uploaded online in Envelope -B while submitting the.online
bid.

The required Formats of volume- | should be supported by certificates wherever

in English and attested, if issued in
necessary. The certificates should be translated
some other Indian language. Applicant shall attach all necessary documents like
audited Balance sheets, CA Certificates, Experience certificates, information of work in
hand, Technical Design as described in Pre-qualification document, Section-ll.

8. The Envelope -'A'and Envelope'B'shall be opened online on dated 29.O2.2O24from

10.30 hrs onwards in the presence of bidders or their representatives, if they choose to
be present.
9. Online Envelope "C" should contain the following:
The bidder shall quote his price in Indian Rupees online in prescribed format given in
Part-B, volume ll, section lll, price proposal. Formats are required to be duly filled in
with amount in price Bid form in words and figures both.
Bidders shall quote for entire work on a firm lump sum price and on a single source
responsibility basis.
l-U. Envelope "C" of only pre-qualified bidders will be opened for which date and time will
be informed by Email.
The Start date and time and the End date & time of opening of pricp bid envelope
mentioned in the tender schedule is tentative and subject to change.
u.. During evaluation of pre-qualification, department may call for clarifications only on
the documents and design submitted by the bidder for his pre-qualification and the
bidder shall submit the same within the time limit as specified in the correspondence.
12. The bids for the tender are required to be digitally signed using Class ilt digital
certificate of the authorized representative of the firm; Bidders are advised to obtain
the same at the earliest.
13. Earnest Money Deposit of Rs. 50 Lakh (Rupees Fifty Lakhs only) in shape of e-EMD.

15, Pre-bid meeting will be held in Narmada Bhawan, Fourth Floor, NVDA, Bhopal (MP) on
dated L6.02.2024 at 1-2.00 Noon. All prospective bidders may participate in the meeting
for clarification on technical points.
16. Conditional tender will not be accepted and liable to be rejected.
17. The bid shall be submitted in the same name and style as purchased online. ln case of
Joint Venture (JV) purchase, download and submission shall be made in the name of JV
or Ltiad Partner.
For requirementsto be fulfilled by JV, please refer Volume -1, Annexure-G,
18. Bids shall remain valid for a period of not less than 180 (One Hundred Eighty) days after
the last date of submission of bid.
