All of legal ages, and Filipinos, for the purpose of this extra-judicial settlement of
the estate, do hereby voluntarily and free state:

That we are the only surviving legitimate heirs and successors-in-interest of the late
MARCELA GONZALES CASTILLO who died intestate on July 10, 2016 at Barangay
San Pedro, Batangas City, leaving no last will and testament, no indebtedness of any
kind whatsoever to any person, bank or lending institution and no lawful heirs except the
afore-named persons.

That during the lifetime of MARCELA GONZALES CASTILLO, she were able to acquire
a parcel of land at Barangay San Pedro, Batangas City, which property is more
particularly described as follows:

“A parcel of land classified as Agricultural and Residential with a total area of

2,641 sq.m, and registered/declared in the name of Marcela Gonzales in the Office
of the Batangas City Assessors Office, boundaries are:
North: CREEK, 18 South; ALN 002 14 (ROAD LOT) 18
East: ALN 19, 18 West: ALN 16, 18

As the only COMPULSORY HEIRS of SPOUSES PEDRO AGUILON ROSALES AND

AGUSTINA ALDOVINO ROSALES, it is for our best interest that we divide, partition and
adjudicate between and among ourselves, his entire estate, particularly the real property above
described, extra-judicially, in the manner and form hereinafter set forth, AS PER ATTACHED
Subdivision plan, to wit:

1. LEONILA ROSALES, married to Robert Williams - Lot 003-A - with an aera of 719
square meters;
2. MARITES ROSALES GARCIA, married to Reymund M. Garcia - Lot 003-B with an
area of 1,150 square meters;
 3. SOFRENO ALDOVINO ROSALES, married to Marietta Panopio Rosales - Lot 003-
C with an area of 575 square meters;
4. LUCIA ROSALES ALMEIDA- Lot 003-D with an area of 571 Square meters;
5. MARIBEL ROSALES ASI, married to Zaldy Asi - Lot 003-E with an area of 738
square meters;
6. LORENZO ALDOVINO ROSALES, married to- Lot 003-F with an area of 631
square meters;
7. ANGELINA ALDOVINO ROSALES – LOT 003-G an area of 737 square meters;

RENOUNCIATION

WHEREAS, WE, MARIFE B. DELOS REYES widow, and VILMA BAGSIT NAGUM
married to Greg D. Nagum, have agreed and covenanted to WAIVE and RENOUNCE our share,
right, and participation over the above-described property.

THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the foregoing premises and invoking the provision of
section 1 and 4, Rule 74 of the Rules of Court, and all being with full capacity to contract, we do
hereby adjudicate unto ourselves the real property herein described above, in the
aforementioned shares;

That the aforesaid property is a paraphernal/separate property of the above-mentioned heirs thus
marital consent/participation of their respective spouses is not necessary in accordance with the
provisions of Article 92 of the Family Code in relation to Article 148 of the New Civil Code.
