Greetings!

In line with the BUCEILS-HS Youth Camp, the ELEMENTS Club and RCY Council would like to
hold the first congregation for the BUCEILS-HS Youth Camp to discuss team activities, team
planning and structuring, representatives, and other team matters. This affair is of utmost
importance to ensure that teams have sufficient preparations for their participation at the
aforementioned event. The first congregation will be on April 12, 2024, from 3:15 pm to 5:30 pm.
Since the participants in the camp were limited to 165 students from BUCEILS-HS, we would
like to request adjustments in terms of scheduling and room assignment during the
congregation. Moreover, we would like to excuse the attached list of students for their
attendance in the congregation and the following rooms to be occupied by the teams:
