PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING

1. SYSTEM CAPABILITY: The system given is locally custom-designed to extract, process and treat water from the boreholes to clean, sparkling-
clear, odourless and absolutely pure water suitable for all uses including cooking. It uses NO chemical additives to instantly and automatically
purify your water.
2. WARRANTY: The system shall be installed with 1 year Manufacturer’s warranty on pumps, FRP Tanks and electrical installations
3. OPERATING PROCEDURE/ SCOPE OF WORK: Our scope of work includes the following:
• Supply, installation and commissioning of 2,000lph High Grade Desalination reverse osmosis water purification system
complete with 4040 membrane elements and corresponding pretreatment system as described in the invoice above.
Especially items 1,2&3
4. MAINTENANCE/ RECURRENT: System maintenance shall cost N80,000 when required. It is recommended that Multiresidential Reverse
Osmosis systems be serviced monthly.
5. CLIENT SERVICES: The following are expected to be in place on or before installation day as required by our operations procedure.
o Access to the premises.
o A drain within 3m for continuous flow of waste water from the system.
o Power supply for test-running/powering the system on installation day
6. DURATION: Project shall be completed within 10 working days upon completion of payment.
7. EXISTING EQUIPMENT/MATERIALS: We require to be notified before installation, of any changes or alterations to water processing materials
observed on site during assessment as they may have been considered in the cost during the preparation of the system design and invoice.
Such changes that may affect the design or system cost will have to be replaced/charged on a separate bill.
8. PAYMENT TERMS: Complete Payment is required for commencement of this project
9. VALIDITY: The total cost given above is based on current most obtainable market values and is valid for 7 days after which it may be
subject to change without prior notice
