SET DOWN FOR MONDAY 15 NOVEMBER 2021 ON THE MOTION ROLL

1. The applicant instituted an ex parte application for in which it sought the

return of a minibus taxi pending the finalisation of an action

2. On Tuesday 31 August 2021, the above Honourable Court issued a rule nisi
for the retun of the taxi.

3. On 15 September 2021,service was effected on the Respondent at his

chosen domicillium address on his cousin (record:page 85-87)

4. The applicant shall seek a final order.
