1. What is your interpretation about Peter’s attitude relating to the call?

Given Peter's usual professionalism and Jim's prior support for his personal situation, it's unlikely
Peter deliberately ignored Disha's calls. He was likely genuinely unavailable due to the personal
matter and unable to explain himself immediately. This is possibly unintentional neglect.

2. Did Peter take action out of his emotion or rational?

Peter's actions seem to be a mix of both emotions and rationality:

In Emotional : Peter feeling bad about missing the call and potentially jeopardizing a client could be
driven by emotions.

Rationality : Apologizing, explaining the situation, and offering the opportunity for a complaint show
a rational attempt to fix the situation.

3. Would you take any action against Peter or not? Why?

If I were Jim, I would reduce Peter's KPI bonus. I propose to move Peter to a position where he has
less contact with customers to resolve personal issues and has less impact on work. When he is
stable, he will continue to return to the customer contact position
