The options in terms of the services followed by the

professional charges are as follows:

OPTION - 1

DESIGN
scope of services :

Architectural Drawings - proposal and presentation

drawing outlining the basic concept.

Civil Working drawings - furnishing a complete set of

working drawings for the execution.

Design Presentation - furnishing 3D images

Service Plans - outlining location of Electrical and

Plumbing points.

The professional consultancy fees for the Architectural

Design services shall be Rs.75 / sft.

OPTION - 2

DESIGN & CONSULTATION

scope of services:

Architectural Layout - design proposal and presentation drawing outlining

the basic concept.

Civil Working drawings - furnishing a complete set of working drawings

for the execution.

Design details - showing all the relevant details.

Design Presentation - furnishing 3D images

Services plans - outlining location of Electrical and Plumbing points.

Color scheme - showing details of color pattern.

Material selection - selection of all the finishing materials related to the project.

On - site supervision - at critical junctures during execution.

The professional consultancy fees for the Architectural Design

services shall be Rs.100 / sft.

DESIGN & CONSULTATION WITH ARCHITECTURAL

PROJECT ADMINISTRATION

scope of services:

Architectural Layout - design proposal and presentation drawing outlining

the basic concept.

Civil Working drawings - furnishing a complete set of working drawings

for the execution.

Design details - showing all the relevant details.

Design Presentation - furnishing 3D images.

MEP drawings - with all the relevant details.

Color scheme - showing details of color pattern.

Material selection - selection of all the finishing materials related to the project.

Project Administration - of the complete project.

Interior Design - of the layout

Landscape Design - Comprehensive Landscape Development Plan (CLDP)

On - site supervision - at every milestone.

The professional consultancy fees for the Architectural Design

services shall be Rs.125 / sft.
