Steps to run the report in background

Follow below steps to run the report in background and receive the email into outlook inbox if the
report has the email option in selection.

Step1: Go to the report and select the required variant you want to run

Send Email option should be checked and enter the email id’s to receive the report into outlook inbox.

Step2: Then choose the option Program from the top left corner, then click on the Execute in
Background option.

Step3: You see below pop up after step2, here choose the Print time as SAP spool only for now option
to avoid triggering the unnecessary prints from report output. Then click enter or choose OK button.
Step4: You will get below pop up to choose the option to select the time to schedule in background.
Mostly, you want to run immediately, so click on the Immediate option then click on the save button at
the bottom of the pop up screen.
Then you will see this message at the bottom of the screen, it means the background job scheduled.

Step5: Just wait few minutes or couple of hours to get the report attachment into your outlook inbox
like below.
