Subiect: Relaxation and advice for approval and financial sanction

(medical advance) of Rs. 15,oo,ooo/- towards Bone Marrow
Transplant (BMT)- reg.

I
am directed to refer to this Ministry letter dated 12.05.2023, letter
dated 23.06.2023 & e-mait dated 16.08.2023 received from o/o ADDG(He),
Nirman Bhawan, New Delhi on the sublect matter (copies enclosed).

2. The requisite medical documents in respect of Shri. Rohtas F/o Shrr

Rahul, Geophysicist, Geological Survey of India (GSI) for BMT are being sent
herewith.

3, It is to inform that GSI had requested for approval and financial

sanction of Rs. 15,00,000/- (90% medicar advance on estimate of Rs.
1f-39-09A:) towards BMT of dependent father of Shri Rahul, Geophyitiist,
GSI in BLK-MAX Hospital, New Delhi.

4. It is to state that there are no CGHS package rates for the Bone Marrow
Transplant and other investigations/procedures mentioned in the estimate of
above empanelled Hospital under CGHS.
In view of the foregoing, it is requested that relaxation and advice in
the case may kindly be provided to this Ministry.
