Guidelines for Portfolio in PATH Fitness 2

1. Portfolio will be compiled in a white/cream document folder with

the size of 8.5”x13” or Long/Folio with transparent plastic
cover/jacket.
2. Cover for portfolio, please see Annex A. (Make a copy in google
docs so you can edit the name and section)
3. Table of Contents, please see Annex B.
4. Binding fastener will be on the left middle part of the portfolio.

5. Submission will be on or before January 26, 2024
