Students are hereby informed to abide by the following rules for smooth conduct of the event: © This is an internal event and hence outsiders will not be allowed. © Carry your identity card without fail to join the event. © Entry to the event will be closed at 7:00 pm. © Any kind of indiscipline is punishable and will not be tolerated. © Students are instructed to come in decent attire respecting Indian culture. © Students found in inappropriate condition will be suspended from the University. © All the buses will leave the campus only after the completion of the program, '* Access to all the teaching Blocks will be closed for the students after 4:00 pm. © The wash rooms for Girls will be open at the D block Ground floor only, ‘© The wash rooms for the Boys will be open at the C Block Ground floor only. © Students travelling by personal vehicles are expected to follow all safety measures (Driving Licence/ Helmet/ Seat Belt). © Student's vehicles wi not be allowed into the campus after 4.30 pm. + Isthara Food Court shall function till end of the event at APJ Abdul Kalam Hall. ‘© Students are strictly prohibited from entering into the Restricted Areas. * Student vehicles parked inside the university campus will be allowed to exit only after the completion of the event.
